Forbidden Jutsu

So this is the extent of Tomo's kekkei genkei, Joka Suru Suijin. It's a severe give-take ability, she's used it in this form once before and it injured her arm by frostbite. If the user uses it too long this happens, or if they don't have enough chakra to supply the ability this will happen, or worse. To maintain this kekkei genkai, the user must have a great amount of chakra control and a good hold on their emotions. The user is able to create/manipulate ice in any location (which is due to her being a descendant of the Yuki clan). Anything they come in contact with will become frozen solid and the air within a few feet of them is below freezing. There is a variety of techniques and can be terrifying. It is not ordinary ice and cannot melt by fire jutsus. It's an exhausting ability and when it's in this form, the user has a serious chance to die or be severely injured. She's been lucky to only have frostbite on her left arm (which is her dominant arm and is always bandaged). 

I really wanted to design something where she would kind of get a temporary appearance. 

I've also been playing around with her main appearance because a lot of the time it just doesn't sit right with me, so her look is altered and I think this is going to be the final one.
 

I just added more bands, ponytail (it might be a bun sometimes), and the extra hair that's looped around her head to the ponytail/bun because it goes along with her mothers appearance and I wanted her to be able to resemble her mother more  (her mother).
